I am utterly disappointed with your product and service. First, you charge me double the amount that was stated before pressing the purchase button (just ignoring the discount) and dont respond to my claim at all. A day later I decided to go for the offered money back guarantee. Still no answer. Very disapointing. Do I really have to go through a legal case here now?
So far 3 emails, 2 support ticket requests and including this one 3 attempts to get an answer via the forum. All no answer.
