“Your API key appears to be invalid”

I keep getting this error trying to enter a key on a new install. I’ve had my key resent to me, tried copy/paste repeatedly, typed it in a couple times … invalid. So I tried a new email address and the key that generated, same thing. What do I do?

If you are still getting that error I would recommend reinstalling the core files for the BoldGrid plugin to ensure your files are not corrupted, I would also recommend reviewing your PHP error log to make sure there are no errors showing due
