    Hello James,

    Thank you for your question regarding your BoldGrid connect key.  You should be able to change the email address if you are requesting the key right from BoldGrid.

    If this still does not work, as this is a public forum, I would recommend contacting our Support team directly.  You can call, chat, or email them, and they should be able to assist you with specifics about your BoldGrid site.

    I have been able to install the BoldGrid plugin but my BoldGrid connect key is not accepted and when I ask for a new key – I do not receive a further email. Can I change the email address that I want the key sent to? Can I ask for a new BoldGrid connect key?
