    Hi there!

I have enable custom shadow when customizing my title but the shadow does not show up on my live site. The changes are perfect in the editor but I can’t seem to see them when I go to the actual site. Letter spacing seems to be working fine but not the shadowing.

Is there perhaps a setting I need to enable for shadows to be shown or is this simply a browser issue. I am using Chrome however it does not work on Firefox either.

    Please help!

    Thanks,

    Nathan

    Hi, Nathan.

Thank you for posting your question about the custom shadowing effect on your title. I’m sorry to see you’re having issues with that. You should be able to review that kind of modification immediately. However, if you are modifying the “Staging” site, then you may have to ensure you click on the correct link for “View Staging Site”. If you click on “View Active Site”, then you would simply need to click on the button to switch between Staging and Active views. As well, you may need to confirm which version of the site you are making these changes to.

Also, you can try to open your browser in a “Private Browsing Session”. This should help eliminate your browser’s immediate loading of the cached version of your site. I hope this helps!

    Sincerely,

    Hi Carlos,

Thanks for the reply! I see now that the shadowing seems to work on all pages but the homepage. I would assume this is something that has been added to the styling of the theme, but it is still strange that in the customizer, it shows the shadow on the homepage, but not on the live site homepage.

Any idea where I could adjust this short of digging into the css?

    Thanks,

    Nathan
