Hello!
I am using Microsoft Azure for hosting my WordPress site as you know upon using of Azure app service Azure auto install W3 total Cache plugin in WordPress but i am getting some error messages even before setting up the W3 to total Cache plugin which you can see in the link
Please guide me how can i solve this

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
What you are seeing are not the error messages. Those are W3 Total Cache notifications.
As you can see, the Permissions are set to 777 and you should set them to 755, and since you are on the Nginx environment, you should restart your nginx for the specific rules to be applied.
