Hello,
I am having some formatting layout issues on one of my product pages. For starters, the QTY text next to the drop-down is white and I cannot figure out how to change it to black. Thanks for your question Don, your Crio Pro WordPress theme and anything BoldGrid related are only extensions to the WordPress core.
We would have no control over the functionality of Converge in your WordPress site. This guide is the only non WooCommerce setup method I could manage to find for Converge.

You are correct in thinking that you would need to setup WooCommerce and add the Elavon Converge Payment Gateway extension in order to process payments this way on your WordPress site. Your Crio theme and BoldGrid have very little to do with this setup process. Crio comes out of the box with all the necessary templates needed for WooCommerce to function properly.
I would definitely review the WooCommerce Elavon Converge documentation and reach out to WooCommerce directly if you need assistance with setting up your payment processors.

I am currently using WordPress/BoldGrid with the Crio theme hosted by InMotion Hosting, and I would like to use Elavon Converge for the payment processing portion of my e-commerce website. In order to use Elavon Converge in BoldGrid, do I first need to establish an account with WooCommerce (and use “Elavon Converge with WooCommerce”), or can I go directly with Elavon Converge and have it integrated into my BoldGrid website without WooCommerce? My concern is that if I establish a WooCommerce account, its layout structure and function may dominate to such an extent that Elavon Converge is unable to do its part in processing online payments. Can you offer some assistance in the way that WooCommerce and Elavon Converge operate within the BoldGrid environment and how I might best use Elavon Converge in my website?

This one: boldgrid-gridone/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 4.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 6.0.0
I have no idea how to fix this other than diving in to start to work it all out, but I really don’t have time and was hoping you’d be able to help make it easy!!!

Anyway, I tried another Name Your Price plugin, it works in someway but doesn’t look nice. As I looked at your theme files, it seems that you would probably need more work on the wooCommerce platform, especially the style sheets.

I want a simple donation product with the Donation Platform for WooCommerce Plugin, https://wcdp.jonh.eu/documentation/getting-started/donation-amount-styles/. Somehow the product page doesn’t show properly with the Crio theme. All others such as Astra, WordPress built-in themes all work well. I wonder whether there is an easy fix (If I remove the woocommerce files from the theme, it seems to work. But of course, the display is ugly). BTW, in WooCommerce pages, the texts/buttons don’t seem to align properly, as you can see from my website.
I like Crio/Page and Post Builder for the easiness to build good-looking pages. So I do hope you could improve it, and make it more customizable.

We just installed the W3 total cache plugin on our website. We already improved our website performance (load speed etc.) and it is working fast for guest users. However as soon as people are logged in with their woocommerce account the load time of our website dramatically decreases. So it seems like that the user account data from woocommerce (account info, name, address, avatar) is the issue. We would like to know what we can do in order to make our website fast also when users are constantly logged in. What can Total cache provides us like settings in order to realise this woocommerce account data issue?
The account data should kept real time (due to account credit values) but we also know that maybe caching account user data might not be a good solution? however we would like your support in order to solve this issue with our website performance for logged in users. And if so, what are the specific configurations that we need to install in this plugin?

Post and Page Builder wouldn’t have any effect on the menu structure at all that what leads me to think this issue is directly related to your theme change. I think the issue is stems directly from your theme change.
I see you’re using the WooCommerce StoreFront theme which likely has a different “Menu” configuration. You could try switching back to your old theme or setup new menus in Storefront from the “Menus” section of your WordPress dashboard.
I found a video on Youtube on setting up the Storefront theme that you might find useful.

We keep getting “Backup Failed” notifications due to allowed memory size being exhausted in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup-premium/admin/class-crypt.php on line 314.
I’ve been working with InMotion Hosting on this and so far they aren’t able to tell me anything besides “increase the memory limit” or use their paid backup solution. Every time we increase the maximum memory limit to what should be more than sufficient to cover the allowed + attempted allocation amounts the backup just tries to allocate even more. We’re already up to 3.75 GB as the max memory allocation. I did try to set up a custom backup excluding the large media folders but that setting doesn’t seem to stay saved. I’ve also tried to switch to SystemZip with no effect.

If you’re setting up sites for your clients they would need to purchase an individual premium license.
You can download backups directly to your local machine or store them in the cloud based platforms like Google Drive and Amazon.
And finally, yes you’ll have the ability to backup a Woocommerce Store and easily transfer it to a different domain. With Total Upkeep you can select specific database files and transfer those files over to a different WordPress instance.

(2) Can I download the backups or do they have to be stored in the cloud with like google drive or amazon or one of those services?
(3) If I wish to backup a woocommerce store of mine and restore it to another domain name (I’m cloning the store) is that a logical function?

I see exactly what you mean here. I somewhat replicated your issue on a development site with Crio and WooCommerce installed. I see that WooCommerce adds it’s own breadcrumb to the “Product” page template and forces the header below the breadcrumb exactly the way you said.
There’s honestly no simple way to add the original header to the Product template. You would have to “force” your desired header functionality into the template using a Custom PHP function and a plugin like Code Snippets to incorporate it into the theme. You could similarly force a the new template type to exclude the right sidebar as well.
WooCommerce does have documentation on how to structure and override templates in your theme but it will take a certain level of PHP and WordPress knowledge to complete this task successfully.

Sorry, I’m a complete amateur at this, so if the solution is simple I appreciate the patience. I have two problems that I’ve fussed with for a couple of days and can’t find a solution:
1. I’ve tried to use Woocommerce with the Boldgrid Crio theme and I have an issue with it overriding my header on the Shop page. Specifically, it moves my page title and changes the formatting. I want it to look like the page title on my About, Blog, and Gallery pages (a full-width black bar with the page title in green). The Woocommerce code eliminates this header moving it down below some breadcrumb feature and removing its color, format, etc. Although I’ve searched and searched I cannot find a solution.
2. I read in my search that the Woocommerce Shop uses the Crio Blog page settings. Unfortunately, this seems to mean either I have to have a Sidebar on both or neither. Is there any way to have the Side on the Blog, but not on the Shop page?

It’s seems the increments of your button counter have somehow been changed to increase by two but I can assure you that functionality is not relative to the Crio theme. It’s possible WooCommerce is inheriting the functionality from a WooCommerce setting configuration or a 3rd Party plugin.
I tried recreating your error in my own instance of Crio unsuccessfully but I did manage to find a code snippet that allowed me to manipulate that WooCommerce functionality and set my own increments. In order to add the snippet you’ll need to install and activate the Code Snippets plugin, add a new snippet, then copy/paste the code below. Be sure to scroll down and click Save and Activate after adding the snippet.

We have an issue using Crio Theme with WooCommerce, where the quantity buttons ( – + ) are incrementing by two instead of by one, so as you hit the + button, it goes from 1 to 3 to 5 to 7 and so on, and the Minus sign goes back by the same increments.
I appreciate any assistance you can provide to me on this issue!

As for the Woocommerce question, As I’ve mentioned before, it’s not recommended to cache pages for logged-in users, especially for e-commerce websites, simply to avoid caching any sensitive information about the visitors.
Adding those WC cookies to the Reject Cookies list will ensure that the pages containing those cookies are not cached.

Yes, that error message correlates with the missing “Buy Now” button. That button appears as a result of an API call that connects your end user with Apple Payment services. It won’t actually display until you complete the verification process that allows it to make the API call.
I was able to find some documentation on setting up apple pay with WooCommerce Payments that you may find useful. I think just a matter of getting that verified and you should be good to go. If you have a WooCommerce or WordPress.com account you can reach out to WooCommerce directly for support with this as well.

I do see your payment buttons here. Along with some additional configuration information. Your Add to Cart, PayPal and Venmo buttons are intact, but it seems the “Buy Now” button control is not set. The “Buy Now” button seems to be tied to Stripe. Are you using the stand alone “Stripe Payments” Add-on for WooCommerce or do you have the “Stripe” enabled through “WC Payments”?
You should review your WC Payments and/or Stripe configuration settings to be sure the functionality is enabled. I see a Stripe access key here when I inspect the code but Stripe itself may not be enabled, and therefore not actually displaying the “Buy Now” button on the live page.

I can’t say for sure but I think the issue was from the start when I installed the woocommerce plugin and created the store page. Is there a way I can send you a screenshot? I believe I do see the button code when I inspect the source. How can I send that to you? It sounds like you do not see the button at all. However, On my browser (chrome) I do see the button and it is clickable but only a few pixels wide.

I see now where the payment button should be located, but when I inspect the page there doesn’t seem to be any code associated with the it at all. It seems there should be a “Stripe” Payments element there but there’s nothing showing in your source code.
When did you notice this issue? Was it perhaps after an update to your WordPress core, Post and Page Builder or WooCommerce? I suspect there’s something clashing with the element and causing it not to display.

My first theory is your issue is most likely due to a recent update, either with the WordPress core itself or your WooCommerce plugin. Your Diced theme is considered one of our legacy themes and no longer receives the updates to keep up with ever changing WordPress and WooCommerce standards.
With that being said it could be extremely difficult to rearrange your elements without using at least some CSS. You could try using a plugin like WP Rollback to rollback a suspected conflicting plugin, theme, or WordPress core to a previous version to hopefully resolve the issue.

I inspected your site and it looks like you may have already got this issue resolved. WooCommerce has its own CSS selectors that you can style in the CSS/JS Editor section of the WordPress Customizer.

I inspected your web page and I think I found the CSS selector for your “Add to Cart” button. To remove the button altogether you could go into your CSS/JS Editor from the customizer and add:
.palette-primary.woocommerce-page ul.products li.product a.btn {
display: none;
}You should also be able to use this same selector to add styling to your button if you wish to do so.
