<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In this tutorial, we will show you how to remove the BoldGrid Inspirations <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/wordpress-website-builder\/\">website builder plugin<\/a> from your WordPress website. Inspirations is designed to get you online fast by installing a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/wordpress-themes\/\">WordPress theme<\/a><\/strong>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/wordpress-page-builder-by-boldgrid\/\"><strong>WordPress page builder plugin<\/strong><\/a>, starter content, and making some site-design menu items more prominent in your WordPress Dashboard. Once you’re done with designing your website, you’re free to remove the Inspirations plugin.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-will-change-if-i-delete-boldgrid-inspirations\">What will change if I delete BoldGrid Inspirations?<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"if-you-like-your-theme-and-content-you-can-keep-it\">If you like your theme and content, you can keep it.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Uninstalling BoldGrid Inspirations will not change the way your site currently looks to visitors (as long as you don’t change the theme), and it will not remove any of your posts, pages, or images.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/changing-themes.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-20397 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/changing-themes-128x300.png\" alt=\"Inspirations content before and after switching themes\" width=\"128\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/changing-themes-128x300.png 128w, https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/changing-themes-438x1024.png 438w, https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/changing-themes-768x1794.png 768w, https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/changing-themes-657x1536.png 657w, https:\/\/www.boldgrid.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/changing-themes-877x2048.png 877w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 128px) 100vw, 128px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"you-can-change-your-theme\">You can change your Theme.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Your site’s appearance will be different in a different theme, in this example after switching from BoldGrid Swifty to Twenty Twenty, but your content and images will remain.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<h3 id=\"your-wordpress-dashboard-menus-will-revert-to-default\">Your WordPress Dashboard menus will revert to default.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Inspirations changes some of your main menu items in the WordPress Dashboard. Notably, you’ll see the <strong>Appearance<\/strong> menu instead of <strong>Customize<\/strong> to make changes to your theme, and <strong>Blog Posts<\/strong> will simply be called <strong>Posts<\/strong>.
