After <\/span>installing WooCommerce<\/a><\/span>, you may wish to use a theme that works seamlessly with your ecommerce needs. The <\/span>Storefront theme <\/a><\/span>was created by the WooCommerce developers – Automattic – with this very goal. It also aims to improve SEO, integration with <\/span>WooCommerce extensions<\/a><\/span>, and <\/span>accessibility <\/a><\/span>for <\/span>Section 508 compliance<\/a><\/span>. Below we’ll install the <\/span>Storefront theme<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Install Storefront Theme<\/span><\/h2>\n

In the dashboard, hover over <\/span>Customize<\/span> and click <\/span>Change Themes<\/span><\/li>\n
Click <\/span>Add New<\/span> at the top beside <\/span>Themes<\/span><\/li>\n
Search <\/span>Storefront<\/span><\/li>\n
Hover over the Storefront theme and click <\/span>Install<\/span><\/li>\n
Click <\/span>Activate <\/span>to make it your active theme<\/span><\/li>\n
In the notification, after deciding whether to select the checkboxes to <\/span>apply the Storefront homepage template<\/span> and <\/span>Add example products<\/span>, click <\/span>Let’s go! <\/span>to customize the theme in the <\/span>Customizer<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
