I know this is a 9mo old post but I am having the same issue. Have tried accessing the Crio + Premium upgrade through both Chrome and Edge. Through Wordpress or directly through boldgrid.com while logged in. Nothing allows my card to process and there is no way to contact customer support other than the forum.
