I solved it by adding a new account with a different email address. It gave me a key and sent it to the new address. I activated the account and am back on track. This environment is not for the faint of heart or the uninitiated. Thanks, everyone.
Thanks. I have gone to BoldGrid Central several times in the past two days and re-requested a key. Other mail is going to the inbox, but nothing from BoldGrid.

I worked around the problem by creating a new login with a non-company account but eventually must get responses to the admin email account. Look forward to a solution.
