I added that line but that didn't work either.

The button is there, and it doesn't look like there is something on it preventing the click.

Thanks Joseph. I tried the troubleshooting that you suggested but that didn't resolve the issue. Also, I haven't removed the call to action statement, so in theory the menu button should work.
