Issue with my demo sites not displaying on mobile

Have the Cloud WP Starter Bundle. I am trying to show sites to friends for review/suggestions. They are reporting that they can see the website only on their laptop/desktops. Not working on iPad or iPhone. Have tested this out myself, different browsers on the iOS/iPadOS devices and no luck. What is received is- "The network connection was lost," in Safari and Firefox. Chrome says "dem2.cloudwp.dev unexpectedly closed the connection." Please advise as to what might be the fix.
