"Error loading Blocks" and an Ajax error is occurring

Whenever I try to access the Blocks, I receive the error "Error Loading Blocks. Please try again later." This started occurring yesterday, 1/6/24. I disabled all of the other plugins besides BoldGrid and nothing changed.

I'm seeing this in the debug. Also, I removed any user identifying directories from the path in the debug.

I'm using DreamHost and I have premium, but I don't see the key anywhere to connect it to my account.
