Using current Firefox while entering in a text box, ctrl-v no longer works.

Using current Firefox while entering in a text box, ctrl-v no longer works.  This is a text box issue.  I can ctrl-v into the page title just fine.  Only Firefox - Chrome works fine.  Shut off all addons in Firefox, no difference.  Right click menu paste works in Firefox.  I can copy with ctrl-c just fine.  Only paste fails.
