Fixed

In Edit Block, the parallax and fixed buttons are switched in the "section background" settings.

the buttons for parallax and fixed are switched. In 'edit block' click on a picture and then click the "section background" button of the bar and then choose "settings." Locate the three choices on none, parallax, and fixed. Those lat two are switched. They work fine, but are reversed.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the Post and Page Builder. I am running version 1.7.4 on testing sites, and parallax and fixed are working as expected. The parallax effect allows the image to move slower than the page content in front of it, while fixed does not allow the image to move at all. I tested this and am unable to replicate the error. Can you provide a little more context about where you are seeing this?

If you can also provide a login where we can replicate it, we can have our development team look into it further.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance as well, we are glad to help!

I am working in Cobalt theme with the Design category. I made a Block Library of the Block selections that I liked the most. I clone the Blocks two and three times to adapt them to different looks. When I would fix the movement--the image would parallax. When I would parallax the image it would be fixed. This would be the same if I replaced the images.

Are you going through the Section Bar where the "section background" button is located? Then onto the "setting" button that allows you to change the Color, Vertical Position, Size and Scroll Effects? That is what I was working with and it is very consistently happening their, every time I do this. I am a little reluctant to just give out my log in information. But maybe it is with the Cobalt Theme. Plus I have not tried it with the other Categories, just Design--which I am staging with now. If you need more info let me know and we will see what we can do.

If you can show me the page this is happening on, I would be glad to look into it. When you add those effects, it uses CSS classes to target the element, so I can look using the page's source code to see what the problem is.

If you can tag the sections corresponding to what they are set as in the Post and Page Builder, I would be happy to investigate for you.
