Unfortunately, there currently aren't controls to change font size based on screen width for the galleries.

You can add the following using Customize > Advanced > Custom JS & CSS.

I'm sorry but it appears that the tool no longer works the same. It seems like a non-standard configuration for HTML elements that might have only been possible due to some now fixed bugs in the Post and Page Builder.

Adding a new button in the newest version of Post and Page Builder seems to automatically wrap it in it's own p element.

Your previous configuration contains all of the button links in a single set of these paragraph tags, so the only way to add new buttons to this set is to copy the link from the button HTML into the original set of tags using the Text Editor.

It sounds like you're talking about the Z Index. If you want default settings of something, you could always backup the website, remove the plugin/theme, and reinstall it. Also, you could also contact the plugin developer regarding your issue with their product.
