Hello Lisamclem,

Thanks for the question about social media widgets.  In BoldGrid, they aren't widgets, they're part of the menu section.  If you got to Menus, then you will see the Social Media menu and the option to add or edit the links for each.

I hope that helps to answer your question! If you require further assistance please let us know!

Regards,
Arnel C.

Hello Vijitatma,

The $60 per year cost is a subscription.  So, the renewal is $60 the following year.  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Hello James,

We cannot change how BoldGrid currently works. Jaqueem gave you a set of steps to use based on the current functionality.  Also, we cannot give you an older version of the application. If you believe the issue to be a bug within the application, then please send a ticket in to BoldGrid via email so that the developers can see what you are asking.  You can send an email ticket or log in to BoldGrid Central and use the form provided for support requests there.  Apologies that we cannot provide you a solution of your preference within the BoldGrid Support Center website.

Hello Tabetha.leigh,

Sorry for the problem with publishing your changes.  We need a little more information in order to determine what's happening.  Can you please provide the URL that you're using?  Also, please make sure that you're not changing the Staging site and then trying to publish the changes.  A staging site would need to be deployed.  Check your Pages - if you see two different development groups (Staging and Active), then you definitely have a Staging site loaded.  Changes in Staging will not automatically appear in the active site after being published.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Links are added either with text or through buttons that have a link assigned to it.  To add a link to text, you highlight it, then go to the menu and click on the link icon (if you haver over it you'll see "insert/edit link").  You will need to have a valid URL to link it.  You can opt to have the link open in a new tab.  To add a button, click on the plus sign in the menu that hangs from the middle of the BoldGrid editor (it will be next to a globe icon). You will see a window open that says Add Block Component.  Select Button.  Typically, the button will be added to the top of the page, but you can drag it to where you want it.  If you left click on the button you will be able to  add a link by clicking on the edit option. I hope that helps to answer your question! If you require further assistance please let us know!

Sorry for the problem with the menu issue. I have spoken with one of the developers and I have asked that they review this issue. I will send this request over to them. If it's a bug, they'll convert the issue to the bug tracker and update you when it's fixed.

Any customization that is beyond the normal function of BoldGrid would be considered custom code.  You would need to speak with an experienced web developer or designer for additional assistance.  However, you can also submit a ticket request and BoldGrid personnel will review it to see if they can provide you a solution.  You can submit a ticket via email or through the form in BoldGrid Central.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Thanks for your question about content vertical alignment in a column.  You need to find the blue handle by going to the top of the column and then clicking on the menu button (3 lines).  You will see an option for vertical alignment in the menu options.  I just checked this in a sample site and verified it, but I also have the latest versions of BoldGrid.  Make sure that all of your BoldGrid plugins are up-to-date.

Hello Dfielden,

The change you are requesting is not part of the functionality of BoldGrid. However, it can be done with custom CSS.  You will need to either speak with an experienced web developer/designer, or submit a support ticket to BoldGrid.com (click on the link, or go to BoldGrid Central to do this). If they can provide you the solution to add to your Custom CSS section in the BoldGrid Customizer, then they will provide it to you.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Sorry for the problem with the login. BoldGrid is a series of plugins made to help you design a website and some other functions. It does not affect how you login to the WordPress account.  You will need to speak with your hosting company for assistance in recovering the login credentials.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
