Hi David,

The Used Blocks that display in that list are loaded using JavaScript, and it is possible that you have another plugin on your website that is interfering with the scripts. One thing you can try is disabling any non-BoldGrid plugins to see if that is the case.

Hopefully that works for you and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!

I am sorry to hear you are having issues when running a backup of your site. When issues like this arise, they are usually associated with resource limitations placed on shared hosting accounts. The most notable limitations of these systems are related to Input/Output (IO), and with a site that is larger than a few hundred MB you may experience IO or CPU faults, causing backups to fail or become corrupted.

To troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, it is recommended to speak with your host. You should be able to monitor the resources while attempting to run a backup to see if that is the cause.

Based on the screenshot you provided it looks like the backups for your website are almost 4GB, which can lead to problems creating backups by using a plugin.  You also might have better luck using a server level backup solution from your hosting provider since they can generally handle more than a website based solution.

I hope your host is able to figure out where there problems are occurring and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!

Hi David, thank you for your question!

Are you trying to reuse blocks between pages?  If so then you should be able to see the list of Used Blocks by selecting it from the dropdown in the Add Block interface.

Any screenshots you can provide will us figure out where the problem is coming and will hopefully lead us towards a resolution.

I look forward to hearing background from you soon and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!

Our theme framework is able to recognize some social media websites and automatically use the appropriate icon, but there are some that it does not cover.  This guide from our support center demonstrates the steps you will need to take in order to add you own custom icon for Google Scholar.

Hi Amy, sorry to hear that you are having the same problem working with wpCentral and I hope that we can help.

Do you know if the website you created was set up using a multisite configuration or as a single instance?  If you are using multisite then that might explain why there are some problems with Inspirations since it requires the ability to install plugins and themes to function properly, and this capacity is limited to the Network Admin account in multisite configurations.

I look forward to hearing back from you and please let us know if you have any other questions along the way.

Thank you for your question!

You can adjust the font sizes of elements on your website by using the Fonts option in your Customizer.  Changing the size value using the Main Text option will increase the size of the font in your footer.  However, this will also scale many of the other fonts used on your pages and there isn't a way to isolate your changes to only the footer.

If you ever have any other questions in the future please do not hesitate to ask, we are always happy to help!

Creating video lightboxes is not currently a feature handled by our page builder, but fortunately there are a variety of plugins available in the WordPress repository that should help you add that functionality to your website.

I hope those plugins are able to give you the functionality that you are looking for and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.

Hi Jim, thank you for contacting us!

The problem you described might just be a visual bug with rendering that image block in the editor and if the markup for the images are present in Text mode then you shouldn't have to worry about losing your images when going to the other page.

This rendering problem could be caused by a plugin conflict and you can test that by temporarily disabling all non-BoldGrid plugins to see if that helps the images show in Visual mode properly.

The ability to remove the 'Built with BoldGrid' and 'Powered by WordPress' text in the footer attribution is only available when the Pro extension for Crio is activated on your website and you can read more about it in this guide from our support center.
