I've tested this using an image matching the dimensions of your image exactly and could not replicate the stretching effect you've demonstrated. It's possible there are extra CSS styles being applied or other plugins interfering with BoldGrid's editor. Feel free to provide any extra information you have about how you have integrated these images into your site.

  • Are you embedding code from a third-party source?
  • Are you using other plugins that might interfere with how BoldGrid is applying styles to your images?
  • Exactly what steps can we use to replicate this behavior you're seeing?

How were the images added to the page? The stretched look is not the BoldGrid default behavior. Did you use the image feature BoldGrid post and page editor?

Does this error abort the process entirely? Or, if the page is reloaded, has the transfer completed successfully?

We will need more information to properly understand the issue.

  1. Are there any plugins that you recently installed that are possible conflicting with BoldGrid?
  2. When did you first notice the issue?
  3. Was there any action you took before losing the menu that you can recall?
  4. Are there any steps we can take to possibly replicate the issue?

Thanks for submitting a question! We can only provide answers based on function and operation of the BoldGrid tools and are not equipped to advise with regard to aesthetics or the look of a site. For question #2, however, have you checked to make sure that gray does not appear in the selected color palette? For questions #1 and #3, custom CSS modifications made in the Customizer will be able to accomplish your desired effects. You can test CSS in your browser to make sure you're targeting the right selectors.

It is possibly cached. I'd advise clearing any applicable caches to see if that helps. If not, you may consider submitting a support request via BoldGrid Central > Manage My Account > Support Request.

Thanks for your question. RTL language support is on our roadmap for future improvements, but is not currently supported. We don't have an estimated delivery date, but you can expect this support to appear in a later version of BoldGrid.

In that case, there might be a deeper underlying cause, for which I'd recommend submitting a support request through your BoldGrid Central account > Manage My Account > Support Request.

It's possible WordPress is having trouble communicating with your email services. You may need to install the Easy WP SMTP plugin.

Was there a time before the content was all pushed left? If so, do you know what changes were made to it after?
