Considering that you have a premium account, you may want to consider submitting a support ticket through BoldGrid Central.

This conversion process is normal. The "amp" code will display properly as a "&" in your search engine results. I suspect, however, this is adding characters to your SEO score and causing it to run over. The SEO score you see in the plugin (whether they're green, orange, or red) are merely guidelines. They will not adversely affect your actual search engine rankings.

We need some more specific information on which instructions you were following and what you're seeing instead of your site. All of that information will give us a better shot at finding where the process is breaking down for you. This will also help us find out if you're having a generic WordPress issue, which your host could help you with, or if it is indeed an issue with BoldGrid.

No worries, Ron. Thanks for your patience!

I'm glad you found a solution, Stephen, but that is certainly a strange issue. In testing, I was not able to replicate what you described. Let us know if you face further challenges editing font size.

I'd advise checking in with your hosting support to see what versions of PHP and WordPress you're using. It's likely there's a deeper, underlying issue in your configuration.

For a permanent redirection it's recommended to add a "301" redirect via the .htaccess file. BoldGrid does not officially support Internet Explorer, so that may part of the reason for the error you're seeing. I'd advise trying in Firefox or Chrome.

Just to make sure I have the issue correct, you are editing the font size in the Visual editor and the size difference is not taking effect on the front end of the site? If that is the case, it's possible there may be some page caching that needs to refreshed to display the new font size. Are you using any kind of page caching or a caching plugin like WP Super Cache on the site?

It is likely that the old domain information is still present in the database. This is not a BoldGrid issue specifically; it falls under the category of general WordPress troubleshooting. You may need to edit your WordPress configuration file to add the new domain manually as the "Home" URL. Then, a replacement of URLs mentioning the old domain will need to be made in the database in order to repair any broken links (if there are any). if any of this sounds confusing, I'd advise contacting your hosting support for more information. As an alternative, a WordPress expert in your local area can also be of help.

That code targets the CSS selectors and not the images themselves, so that code would be applicable for potentially any image.
