This depends on which elements you'd like to center. For example, if you want to center text, that is done by pressing the text-alignment button in the editor. If you'd like to center the entire site, that would be more related to the theme you're using.

Please let us know which theme you're using and how we might replicate the issue. If you can provide more detail regarding what specific goal you're trying to accomplish, we can more accurately provide possible solutions.

What stage is your website currently in? It is in the BoldGrid staging area? Or, is it on a domain that is currently pointing to a different host?

If you're unsure what any of these options mean you may consider contacting InMotion's live support team since they are a official BoldGrid hosting partner. They can help you determine if the issue is in BoldGrid itself or a simple hosting issue.

I was still unable to replicate the issue in the Venetian. However, I have WordPress 5.0 in my test environment at the moment. So I would suggest updating your WordPress installation as your first move. If that doesn't work, I'd consider submitting a support request to BoldGrid from your BoldGrid Central account > Manage My Account > Support Request (if you're a premium member).

Please provide the theme you're using and specific replication steps for the issue. I could not replicate the issue you've described in my test environment.

Which theme are you using? Have you tried adjusting the colors using the Customizer?

At the moment, Cloud WordPress does not provide the necessary access for a Multisite network. However, you can create multiple sites with Cloud WordPress, so this achieves a similar effect as Multisite, but instead of having multiple sites in one installation, you can create multiple installations.

Can you describe very specifically how this was done so we can try to replicate it? From what I can tell, you say this was a piece of content in your editor window and you dragged it too high and it disappeared completely? You also mentioned you cannot bring the content down. Does this mean you can still see the content hovering above the editor? Which "drag handle" were you using? Any information you can provide will be most helpful.

The content above the editing area (the header area) is controlled by the Customizer. The content is not editable directly in the same way as content in the editor. Is there a specific area you're trying to target?

Question 1: When you say demo site, I suppose you mean you have a site on the Cloud WordPress platform? Is that correct? If so, you can migrate the site using the BoldGrid Backup plugin. But because this is basically a WordPress site, your options are not limited to that process. There are virtually hundreds of ways to complete the migration. Some hosts offer a free website transfer with new accounts, which may be your best option if you're at all unsure of which migration option to choose.

Question 2: The premium price unlocks premium benefits but does not include hosting. We have a list of recommended hosts very capable of handling your site.

Question 3: Email accounts are provided by the web host.

I regret to hear you were having trouble linking a PDF. However, I was not able to replicate the issue you were having. When I linked a PDF in a page, it displayed the PDF by clicking the link. I didn't get any errors. Are there any extra steps you went through that might help us replicate the issue?
