Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about putting a countdown clock on an image. Unfortunately, there is no "built-in" way to accomplish this in BoldGrid or WordPress you will have to use custom coding or a 3rd party plugin/widget. I did some searching online and there are a lot of countdown plugins, but I did not see many that include a background image. So, you may want to consider having someone custom-code a solution.

Thank you,

John-Paul

I recommend logging errors anytime you are troubleshooting this type of issue. Also, check your server's mail log for further clues or record of the email transmissions. If it is failing or being refused by the recipient, this will be included in the mail logs.

Thank you,

Hello sales,

Thank you for contacting us about making a full-screen slider in the Primas theme. Unfortunately, this theme was not designed to have a full-screen slider by default. If you are familiar with coding CSS, you may be able to accomplish this using the custom CSS editor in BoldGrid. Alternately, you may be able to find a 3rd party WordPress plugin that adds this to your page.

Also, keep in mind that adjusting this may affect the responsiveness of the theme to different devices, such as phone's, tablets, TV's, etc.

Thank you,

John-Paul

InMotion Hosting provides a Premium BoldGrid license for free with your account. This means you have all the features available and InMotion will provide full Support on how to use this software. We have helpful guides on using the Post & Page Builder and also the Customizer. The BoldGrid plugin is compatible with many themes but is fully tested with the themes included in the Inspirations plugin. If the theme you are using is not working, you may want to consider using one of the ones included with BoldGrid.

Hello Vera,

You should click the Customize link in the Dashboard to access the customizer. Then, Advanced>Custom JS&CSS. I have confirmed these steps are accurate. Anything you see entered in the boxes are custom coding. I recommend saving them to notepad in case you need them in the future, then erasing them as a test. Since your site is with a recommended host (InMotion), you can always call them for live support over the phone.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about unwanted white space on a BoldGrid site. When testing your site, there appears to be custom CSS or Javascript affecting causing a white background. I recommend checking in your Customizer for any custom codes. Here are the steps:

  1. Click Customizer in the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Advanced option.
  3. Click Custom JS & CSS, then check for Custom Theme CSS or JS.

Thank you,

John-Paul
