Hello and thanks for contacting us. Have you applied the WordPress 5.0.1 security update? Also, have you tried adding a block from Pages, Blog Posts, and All Pages under Post and Page Builder ?

Hello. Did you apply the 5.0.1 update to see if that helped? Have you tried any of the troubleshooting from Arnel C.'s response above?

Hello and thanks for contacting us. Have you ensured all plugins and themes are up-to-date? Also, have you tried switching the PHP version via code or cPanel? Do you remember the last change you made before this happened? Maybe adding a SSL and forcing HTTPS?

Hello and thanks for contacting us. I recommend you check the following:

  • All plugins are updated, especially post and page builder
  • Does the issue continue if you disable other non-BoldGrid plugins?
  • Does the issue show in other web browsers

If none of these work, can you undo any changes you last made before the Edit Section option disappeared?

Hello and thanks for contacting us. Did you save it as Draft, Pending Review or Private and clear all website and browser caches?

Thanks for that additional info. Please let us know if the info in our older thread proves helpful.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. Can you provide more info on how you're uploading the media files and the situations which the images don't show correctly?

Thanks. Because IE can't use srcset, it's trying to load the images from the baseline source which isn't publically available. You should be able to solve this by removing the developer subdomain from the image source line.
