Hello. Unfortunately, we'd need to know more about what exactly you're looking to add to offer options on HTML codes. You can try adding the widget after the following sections: Customize > Widgets > Call to Action.

If that doesn't work, please give us more information to further assist you.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. There are a few ways to accomplish this, but the simple answer is to create a link within the different sections.
One option is to change to the code editor and add id="[create-section-name]" to the section - e.g.

<h1 id="about">lipsum text</h1>

Then the menu link would simply need to be [domain.com]/#[create-section-name].

Please let us know if have questions about how to implement this.

Hello and thanks for reporting this. We've replicated the problem and are working on fixing this as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide an estimated time to completion. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Unfortunately, I can't as the login method(s) differ between hosting providers. I recommend contacting your hosting provider or checking their documentation.

Also, there are multiple ways to disable the plugin:

Rename the plugin folder in wp-content/plugins to include a period "." in the beginning

Disable the plugin using WP CLI in SSH: wp plugin toggle [plugin-name]

Hello and thanks for contacting us. That seems to be an error caused by a brute-force login security plugin. I recommend you log into your website using FTP or cPanel File Manager to disable the security plugin or contact your hosting provider for assistance.  Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to assist.

Hello, thanks for contacting us, and sorry for the delayed response. Can you clarify whether you're unable to login BoldGrid Central or your BoldGrid site? Also, are you able to reset your password with the Lost Password function? If you're unable to login your BoldGrid site, I recommend you contact your hosting provider as there are other ways to reset a WordPress user password.

We apologize for any inconvenience and have credited your account as requested. You should have 16 credits total. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with.

Thanks for the info. Have you applied the WordPress 5.0.2 update? This doesn't seem related to BoldGrid but possibly your PHP version. Are you able to change it between 5.6 and 7.2 to see which works?

We recommend you use only 1 SEO plugin - Yoast or the pre-installed BoldGrid Easy SEO. You should be able to remove either without disrupting your website. The issue is reportedly related to the 5.0.2 WordPress update. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hello and thanks for contacting us. We sent a reset email for you. If that doesn't work, please share the steps you take to get the error.
