Meanwhile, a few troubleshooting options:

  • Ensure the backup isn't corrupt by comparing the checksum of the file you're uploading to the original file using the bottom of our best backup practices article
  • Try uploading with BoldGrid Backup
  • Try uploading the file to the server via FTP or cPanel File Manager if possible.

Please share what last changes you made before the menu bar marked in red stopped showing. Also, have you tried the following:
Clear your browser cache
Sign out and back in
Update all plugins and themes
Clear server cache if applicable
Disable all non-BoldGrid plugins
Ensure BoldGrid is your selected post / page editor

WPForms > Settings > Email

This seems to be a new questions.Yes, you can show posts on the homepage and within other pages as well as create links within the theme menu(s). You can use the Posts in Page plugin to automate this process for other pages.

The other option is to copy changes from within the wp_option table in the database. They're separated by theme/inspiration: theme_mods_boldgrid-[theme] or _boldgrid_staging_theme_mods_boldgrid-[theme].

Pages can be auto-added but posts would need to be manually added unless you find a WordPress plugin able to achieve this.
