Thank you for your question.

I am sorry to hear that there are some problems updating your password and our team will do everything we can to help.

If the password reset input field is not displaying for you then you will need to change your password through alternate means.  This guide from our support center shows you some other methods you can use to update your password and get access to your website dashboard.

Once you are logged into your WordPress dashboard I recommend running any available plugin and theme updates since it is likely that one of those outdated items is interfering with the normal password update form.

I hope that guide helps you get everything working as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.

Thank you for contacting us, our team is happy to help you get W3 Total Cache installed on your website.

Are you installing the plugin through your WordPress dashboard or are you uploading the plugin to your server's file system directly?  If you are using the WordPress dashboard, are you installing it using the manual upload option or downloading from the WordPress repository?

Once we get that information our team will have a better idea of where the problem is coming from and hopefully point us towards a solution.

Hi ak, I am glad to hear that you were able to get that working!  Customizing the 404 and dynamic archive pages is definitely something that we want to incorporate into our themes and thank you for the feature idea.  Please let us know if you have any additional questions in the future, we are always happy to help!

Hi Sue, thank you for your question!

Putting all of your website content on a single page is definitely a great way of giving your users immediate access to all of your website information, but as the amount of content on your website increase you might find that it is difficult to put everything into a single page and allow users to find the information they need quickly.  Spreading your content across multiple pages break everything into more manageable chunks and could increase the overall usability.

Installing additional plugins will certainly use up more resources than a baseline WordPress installation, but you usually don't see any major decreases in overall performance by having a few extra plugins installed.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions!

Instead of putting your CSS into the style.css file try using the custom CSS area available through the website Customizer.  This guide from our support center (https://www.boldgrid.com/support/using-the-boldgrid-theme-framework-customizer/how-to-use-the-custom-css-editor/) shows you how to access that tool and input your custom code.  I hope that helps you get your CSS working and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.

The first step to configuring your links to go to the desired blog post is to get the Permalink associated with your post.  Find the post you want your link to go to in the All Posts list on your website.

Now that you have the editor opened for that blog post, copy the Permalink that appears under your post's title.

Navigate to the page you want to add your link to and open the editor for it.  Highlight the text you want to create the link on and click the Insert/Edit Link button.

Paste the Permalink you copied into the field and click the Apply button.

Now when anyone clicks on that line of text on your website they will be directed to the correct blog post.  I hope that this helps you get you content working as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you, we are always happy to help!

Hi Yousef, thank you for your question!

I think you will find that configuring a CDN like Stackpath will give you the most immediate performance improvements to your website.  I also recommend checking out our guides that go through some of the configurations you can make in W3TC to make sure you are getting the performance you need.

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to design the category archive pages with block components, but one thing you could try doing is creating your our static page designed with the Post List widget and redirect the URL for the category archive to it.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions, we are always happy to help.

Hi djmcadam,

Thanks for your question! You can use the Total Upkeep Backup and Migrate plugin to transfer your Cloud WordPress site to another server. We have a quick video walking you through how to do that, please see https://youtu.be/tfL6mrdB4nA

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions, we're happy to help!

You can enter that code in the Custom CSS area available in your theme's Customizer (https://www.boldgrid.com/support/using-the-boldgrid-theme-framework-customizer/how-to-use-the-custom-css-editor/).

Enabling Gzip compression is a great start to improving your website's speed scores and another thing that might help is to add a caching plugin to your website.  W3 Total Cache is a highly customizable caching solution for WordPress websites and we have a couple guides in our support center that show you how to configure the plugin based on your hosting environment.
