Why?? You have version 1.6.4 installed. Update to 1.6.0
Fist the plugin wants to upgrade to 1.6.4, when that is successful, it then prompts me to - prompts to upgrade to 1.6.4 then prompts to down grade to 1.6.0?? Endless loops..
Footer edit not working, cannot remove Special Thanks link
Footer edit seems to be not working.
I can hide BoldGrid and Wordpress attribution links, when I click the Hide Partner Attribution, nothing happens...the "Special Thanks" link remains visible at bottom of page, after publishing.

Thanks for submitting a question about the footer content of your page. Yes, the premium key gives you an option to turn off the Attribution links. However, the source code is open, so you can remove it manually without purchasing a key.
The Attribution requirement is attached to the free version for licensing and copyright reasons that stem from using various media through BoldGrid image searching. That's why a paid option is available.
But, as I mentioned before, you can remove these links via CSS and/or editing the PHP source files directly without purchasing a key as is true for any WordPress theme.

The Customize page does not show my site and will not allow me to modify my menu at all.
I have tried multiple different ways, but the Customize page does not show my site at all and has no options to modify anything anymore. This worked last year.
Premium Backup Plugin doesn't have a menu to use it
I can install the plugin, but it doesn't add a menu item on any of my sites... so unusable.

Need to remove Special Thanks. I'm building a site in your cloud. Site not hosted yet (I have another host). My premium key is not connected to the site. Don't see an option to log into phpMyAdmin to remove existing free connect key and replace with premium. Please advise. Thanks.
Google bot can't load multiple Boldgrid resources
Submitted a blog post to google - get a partial return - because so many of the boldgrid resources were not available.
Googlebot couldn't get all resources for this page. Here's a list:
"Error loading blocks - Please try again later" - getting this repeatedly. I'm on a Gigabit fiber connection.
I'm trying to add a new block. I keep getting "Error loading blocks - Please try again later" I'm on a fast connection. This is happening day after day.
In Edit Block, the parallax and fixed buttons are switched in the "section background" settings.
the buttons for parallax and fixed are switched. In 'edit block' click on a picture and then click the "section background" button of the bar and then choose "settings." Locate the three choices on none, parallax, and fixed. Those lat two are switched. They work fine, but are reversed.
Chrome error at login
When I attempt to login with Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181 I receive the ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress. Cookies are enabled. If I open another tab in same browser and login again and am successful.
