Sorry for the problem with the popup menus not displaying the drop-down. Can you please provide the versions for WordPress and BoldGrid plugins that you are using? We are unable to duplicate the issue at this point.
BoldGrid is a set of plugins that work in WordPress. So, using another WordPress plugin that doesn't conflict with BoldGrid's functionality should be no problem. The Google Analytics Dashboard should work with no issues. If you see a problem, then please submit a ticket to BoldGrid so that they they can investigate it.
You can add the premium key to your installation by going to the BoldGrid Administrator dashboard, click on Settings, click on BoldGrid Connect, then add the key in that page. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

I looked up your account and you only have a free key registered. Not the premium. If you get the premium key then you can remove the attributions.
This link is only removable with a Premium connect key for BoldGrid. You can see the instructions here.
Sorry for the problems with the social media menus. The next version of the Inspirations plugin (version 1.7) will correct the issue. It should be released either this week or the next (the developers told me "soon"). Apologies for the delay on the fix.
Thanks for the question about cloning a page. You can do a few things. One, you can go to the Pages menu and click on copy to Staging. You will need a Staging site installed before you can do that. Or, you can open the page you want to clone in the editor, go to the TEXT tab. Copy all of the code. Next, create a new blank page, click on the text tab in the editor and then paste the code from the page you're trying to copy. That will bring over everything from the other page.

Just to let you know, you can always get you key by logging into BoldGrid Central. The BoldGrid developers are checking on the emails that are automatically sent.
