I'm sorry to see that you can not log into your site. BoldGrid shouldn't cause the server to become non-responsive. If possible, can you provide the error messages that you're seeing?

Also, you may need to work with your hosting provider if your server is not responding.

No problem. I'm glad I could help, cheers!

Hi Chris.

I'm sorry to see about the trouble you are experiencing with your categories. Generally speaking, reinstalling WordPress/BoldGrid will cause you to lose your current installation's settings if you are installing it on the same domain.

When you are making changes, I recommend you create a backup to ensure your data is not lost.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding making the page header "sticky" using the Grid One Theme. Unfortunately, this is not an option that you can customize using BoldGrid. However, if you are familiar with CSS/HTML design, you can use the Customizer's CSS/HTML editor to modify various aspects of the theme you are using. You can also try to use Google Chrome Developer Tools to identify and manipulate the website to determine what CSS/HTML is needed to attain the look you are trying to design.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding adding OpensSreet maps using BoldGrid. Unfortunately, BoldGrid does not have this functionality built-in. However, you may be able to find a plugin in the WordPress.org website. For instance, OSM – OpenStreetMap appears to have the feature you are looking for. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello Chris.

Thanks for posting your question regarding displaying the three (3) most recent post excerpts on your static home page. Unfortunately, BoldGrid does not have this functionality built-in. However, you may be able to find a plugin in the WordPress.org website. For instance, Recent Posts Widget Extended appears to have the feature you are looking for. I hope this helps!

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question about adding JavaScript to your BoldGrid pages. I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with this. Unfortunately, we are unable to replicate and therefore diagnose the issue you are describing. Can you please provide additional details as to how you are adding the JavaScript?

In the meantime, you may want to begin by making a backup of your website, updating WordPress, as well as your BoldGrid plugins and themes to ensure optimal functionality.

We look forward to your response to assist you further.

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello Mic.

Thanks for posting your question about deleting the product images displayed on your website built with the Wedge Inspiration. You should be able to remove the objects from your page directly that displays the products using the Post and Page Editor. However, if you are using a plugin for the products, you may need to adjust the settings through that interface to disable displaying the product images.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello Ezra,

Thanks for posting your question regarding accepting donations on your BoldGrid website. Unfortunately, BoldGrid does not have a feature for accepting donations. Since BoldGrid is built for WordPress, you should be able to integrate features like this with a simple plugin. For example, you can install the Give plugin or any other plugin found in the WordPress.org website.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Is there any way you can provide a URL to see what you are referring to more clearly?
