Hi, thanks for your question. When you make a purchase, you will have the ability to use the image indefinitely. There is no expiration. I hope this helps!

Yes, you may need to use "!important" to overwrite the CSS. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I'm sorry to see that the issue is persisting. In my test with BoldGrid installed on WordPress 5.0, I am not seeing any issues with modifying blocks. Which Inspiration/Design are you using that you are seeing this issue?

Hello,

Thanks for posting your question regarding how to add a contact form for your contacts page. I recommend using WPForms to add a contact form. Within the WPForms settings > Notifications, you can modify the email address for each form. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D

Hello Jackson,

Yes, BoldGrid is still up and running. I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues.  Can you please provide some more insight into the issue you are facing? For instance, the version of any and all BoldGrid plugins you are using and the WordPress version. Also, any steps to replicate the issue you are experiencing would help us to diagnose the issue. If you are using any other theme or builder type plugins, I recommend you disable them while working with BoldGrid.

Sincerely,

Carlos D

Hello.

I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues after updating to WordPress 5.0. I am unable to provide an accurate diagnosis for the issue with adding or editing blocks and your slider. Can you please provide the steps you are taking to replicate the issue you are reporting? This will help me to be able to provide you a more accurate diagnosis and possibly a resolution.

Looking forward to your response to better assist you.

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello nal,

Thank you for posting your question regarding the compatibility of the Vacation them with WooCommerce 3.5.2. The overall functionality of the theme does indeed support WooCommerce 3.5.2. Although your Dashboard may indicate a few outdated templates, those templates should be updated as the theme is updated, so be sure to continue to update your theme regularly.

Whenever an update is available, we always recommend you create a backup and then proceed to apply the update(s) to ensure optimal compatibility. Using the BoldGrid Backup Premium plugin, you could also auto-backup prior to auto-updates! For more information check out the features here.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Thanks for providing those details. The image settings for the background photo should ensure that the photo is displayed properly on mobile devices. I recommend Customizing your Background Image Settings to get the right look you want. For instance:

Background Effects: Fixed

Background Image Size: Do Not Resize

    You can also use the Horizontal and Vertical Position sliders to accommodate your image. I hope this helps!

    Sincerely,

    Carlos D.

    Using the Google Dev Tools I found the elements:

    .palette-primary .navbar-default .navbar-toggle, .palette-primary

    and constructed the following CSS code to make it more responsive:

    @media (max-width: 768px) {
    .palette-primary .navbar-default .navbar-toggle, .palette-primary {
    display: flex !important;
    flex-direction: column !important;
    margin: auto !important;
    }
    }

    You can use that to try and modify the CSS, however, making customizations to the theme through the CSS is not ideal and may be overwritten during updates to your theme. If that occurs you can simply reapply the CSS through the Editor.

    I hope this helps!

    Sincerely,

    Carlos D

    Hi Patrick,

    My apologies, however this kind of request is not within the scope of support via the public forum.
