Hi Robert.

Thanks for your question regarding comparing Elementor Pro to BoldGrid themes. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with that theme/company. However, BoldGrid themes are customized/certified for BoldGrid compatibility. We always recommend using a BoldGrid certified theme in order to take advantage of BoldGrid's full suite of plugins and features. Feel free to ask any questions here, we are always happy to help!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

I'm sorry to see the issue you are experiencing. Do you have any other Post/Page Builder type plugins installed/activated? Which version of BoldGrid plugin(s) do you have installed/activated? Have you tried to select your preference for editors?

These details can help us to better diagnose the issue and possibly find a solution to the issue you are experiencing. Also, any additional steps/information to replicate the issue you are experiencing will help to more accurately determine what is the cause. We look forward to your reply to assist you further.

Hi Rusty,

Thanks for your reply. Do you have any other Page/Post or Builder type plugins installed/activated? What version of the BoldGrid plugins you are using is installed/activated? Have you confirmed the domain is pointed properly and that the WordPress installation is using the correct domain? I'm sorry to see you're having issues with publishing your pages, but these are a few reasons that this may be an issue.

If you are able to provide some more detailed replication steps, including screenshots and whatever other media you have to diagnose the issue, we may be able to further assist.

Hello.

I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues with accessing your wp-admin Dashboard. I recommend trying to access the Dashboard by going directly to yourdomain.com/wp-login.php (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain). You may be able to access the login page that wp-admin simply redirects to by navigating to it directly. Alternatively, I would try to manually disable your plugins. You can accomplish this by renaming the plugins folder on the server temporarily. If that grants you access then rename it back and while in the Dashboard disable all your plugins one by one. That final test may determine which plugin (if any) is causing the issue.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hi!

I'm sorry for the delay. Finding the correct element can be simple, using the Google Chrome Dev Tools. The linked guide also contains the information on where you should add the custom code (the CSS field). Let us know if you have any questions regarding these instructions, we're always happy to help!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hi!

Thanks for posting your question regarding creating a registration form that once submitted allows the user to download a PDF. Unfortunately, this is not a feature that is built into BoldGrid or the suite of BoldGrid Premium Plugins. However, since the foundation is WordPress, you can integrate various plugins that will enable the features you are looking for. I did a quick search and found "Email Before Download" which should integrate and enable the features you are looking for. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding displaying a thumbnail image that can be clicked to expand to a larger image. This can be accomplished using the BoldGrid Gallery Premium Plugin. Simply create a gallery with the images you would like. I hope this helps!

Carlos D.

Hello.

Thank you for posting your question regarding your Premium BoldGrid Connect Key. I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues with this. Depending on how you signed up you should have either been provided a Premium BoldGrid Connect Key from a participating host. If you are not with a participating host, then you will need to purchase your own Premium BoldGrid Connect Key in order to take advantage of the features that extend beyond the Free BoldGrid Connect Key.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello.

I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues when attempting to edit your page. It seems like your Editor view is set to Text. I recommend following the steps in this guide to help you change back to the "Visual" editor, which may seem more familiar to you.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.
