Hello and thanks for your reply.

The functionality of the "Continue Reading..." is built into WordPress. With BoldGrid installed, there is no need to change how you would use this feature. It's worth noting that this will only work if you have "Your homepage displays -- Your latest posts" enabled in the Customizer (Homepage Settings). If you are experiencing issues with implementing it in other areas, you may consider using a plugin to expand the functionality.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding how to view your website built using BoldGrid without BoldGrid installed. The only way to accomplish this is to make a backup of your website (after it's no longer in the trial environment) and then removing the BoldGrid plugin. There shouldn't be any lingering code left over. Also, in theory, the website should remain working/active even though you uninstall BoldGrid. However, it's worth noting that you may not be able to modify all the aspects of the website without BoldGrid.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hi Julie.

I'm sorry to see that your contact me link is not working properly. Unfortunately, I'm not sure as to what the extent of the link not working. Can you please elaborate on the process by which you created the link and the unexpected results you are seeing? Please be sure to include step by step instructions to replicate the issue and/or any errors displayed during the process. This helps us to provide a more accurate diagnosis and possible resolution.

Thanks,

Carlos D.

Hello,

Thanks for your question regarding replacing images in the Inspiration/theme. When you replace the image, if the photo does not match size/position as the previous image, you will be presented with a "Crop" screen. Here is where you would adjust the size/position.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello Harv,

Thanks for posting your question regarding the OAuth error you are receiving. I'm sorry to see that. It appears that the error simply indicates that the project was removed/deleted and needs to be restored/recreated. I found a resource from Google's Documentation to (hopefully) assist you. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello Stef,

I'm sorry to see you are experiencing difficulties in adding a new page. I do not see this as a bug in BoldGrid, so it seems to be localized to your installation. Have you ensured that all your plugins are up-to-date and that there are no other "builder-type" plugins that are active? This is the first place I'd recommend to look to resolve this issue.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello!

Thanks for your question regarding the gallery function. The BoldGrid Gallery feature is built into Posts/Pages. You can refer to our guide on how to create image galleries for further assistance. The edit options will be available once the gallery has been created. This should help you to adjust the images and settings available with BoldGrid.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hi, thanks for your question. The appearance menu item is removed when BoldGrid is installed. You can, however, Restore the WordPress Admin Menu (which includes the appearance menu item).
