I'm sorry to see you are experiencing the same issue. Can you please elaborate on the details of the issue? For instance, what version of BoldGrid plugins you are using or any other steps to replicate the issue. This will help us to assist you further.

The page that the contact form is embedded on does need to be active, yes.

Hello Stephen.

I see. My apologies for misunderstanding. If you are using the latest version of the BoldGrid Page and Post Builder plugin, you can choose the Classic Editor for the WordPress interface to be used when modifying posts/pages.

If you have installed the Gutenberg Editor, then you can select the Code Editor.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for posting your question regarding BoldGrid and FTP access. Generally speaking, FTP access is configured by your server. BoldGrid, unfortunately, does not have an FTP access feature at this time. I recommend reaching out to the support for the web server that your website is hosted with regarding FTP access.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hello,

Thank you for posting your question about the compatibility of wordpress.org and BoldGrid. BoldGrid is designed for use with WordPress. WordPress.org would be where you would find the software that BoldGrid is installed as a plugin in. BoldGrid is 100% compatible with WordPress.

I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to respond with any additional concerns.

Sincerely,

Carlos D.

Hi, unfortunately, we do not have an over the phone support to contact. I recommend using the BoldGrid backup tool to move your website/launch it on the web host of your choice. This guide here is great for providing those instructions! Following those steps using your GoDaddy account, you can move the website you created from the demo URL to your hosted domain.

I hope this helps,

Sincerely,

Carlos D

Hi.

I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues when trying to install the BoldGrid plugin. You should be able to download the ZIP file directly here.

Please let us know if you have any further issues!

Hi Robert.

Thanks for your question regarding WordPress themes and BoldGrid compatibility. BoldGrid themes are customized specifically for BoldGrid compatibility. We always recommend using a BoldGrid certified theme in order to take advantage of BoldGrid's full suite of plugins and features. Although other WordPress themes can be used in tandem with all of BoldGrid's plugins, a theme that is not BoldGrid certified may not have all the abilities for customization as a certified theme would.

I hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Carlos D.
