Creating a landing page

Is there any way to create landing page with any of your templates. I see every page layout includes header and if I removed menu it will be removed from all pages I created. I

There is no user registered with that email address. This is the message I get when I ask for a password reset. Boldgrid has blocked my ability to access my WordPress site without a login. bipedmed.org

Grid dosent work!

some of the bloks is not working with Ipad and phone?? the pictures looks weard and do not follow or adapt to the diffrent screans. http://mettebundgaard.com/cases/skyttecenter-sjaelland/ looks good on computer. Can you help fix it, pls!

Love the grid possibilities, but it has to work with more than one platform!

Backup upload cant be found after completion?

I am trying to move a site to another location as i have done many times before. But when i upload the back-up in the new location it take me to Oops that page cannot be found after completion.

Any thoughts on why?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with logging into your site. To get help with logging into your WordPress website, we recommend that you contact your hosting provider, as they will be able to easily assist you with your issue. The good news is that you are using a BoldGrid Partner Host, and should be able to easily obtain the assistance you need by contacting InMotion Hosting directly. Unfortunately, as a software provider, we do not have access to your server and would be unable to assist with the problem you are currently experiencing.

I did find an article in the InMotion Hosting Support Center that will guide you with resetting your WordPress admin password. Towards the bottom of the article, there are instructions on using phpMyAdmin to reset it in the database, and we do hope that helps you get your problem resolved.

access editing..........

I have a ticket that i feel has not been looked at as i may have put it in a on running ticket.

I need to have the "go there now" button enabled" I can do some editing on the pages. It's about 2 weeks now and I feel a bit like I am on hold..

 Yes I know this should be in a ticket as well. which I shall endeavor to find the "submit ticket" place as I have used it only one time and used the same ticket number for all my queries. I just want to be able to edit ...   What I want to do is have a fixed background and the pictures etc to be able to scroll ....  Thanks

Hello and thanks for contacting us. When you click Add Media, you'll see image sizing options on the lower-left under Attachment Display Settings.

How do I remove the 'website coming soon' from my address?

It's not on the main page, but any pages that have it as a parent have 'website coming soon' as a part of the address.
