Hello and thanks for contacting us. You can install plugins directly within BoldGrid (and WordPress in general) using the Plugins dashboard section. Please provide more information as to what you're trying to accomplish if this doesn't help.

Cannot access WP admin log-in page

Michelle 5 years ago updated by support (Support) 5 years ago 1

I was working through the process of moving my demo site to a private sub-domain. The backup and restore process seemed to work correctly as the private subdomain now displays what I built in the demo. However, when I try to access the subdomain's WP-Admin I receive a series of warning/error messages:

Warning: popen() has been disabled for security reasons in...on line 828

Warning: fread() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given in ... on line 830
Warning: pclose() has been disabled for security reasons in ... on line 837
Warning: popen() has been disabled for security reasons in ... on line 828
Warning: fread() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given in ... on line 830
Warning: pclose() has been disabled for security reasons in ... on line 837
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ... on line 1223

I think I may not have installed one of the plug-ins correctly. How do I get back in to fix this?

slider revolution

kiaora73 5 years ago updated by support (Support) 5 years ago 3

I cant find this anywhere and have been looking for a while.  Does slider revolution work with BoldGrid?   I have contacted slider revolution but they want me to send them the Bold Grid plugin so they can test on their dev server.   Poor service I thought.

Site logo area too wide in header

jimmer 5 years ago updated by support (Support) 5 years ago 5

Using the Cobalt theme, the site logo area it far too large, and causes the nav menu to wrap. How can I reduce the width of the site menu area? The area allocated for the site logo is at least 3x the width of the graphic, roughly 50% of screen width which seems like it would never be needed, whereas I can only have 4 menu items before the wrap which confuses visitors.

appearance disappears

James Welbes 5 years ago updated by support (Support) 5 years ago 5

When I install and activate the BoldGrid-Inspirations plugin, my wordpress dashboard gets all jacked up. It moves things in the left-hand menu around and Appearance completely disappears.

When I deactivate, it goes back to normal.
