I’ve realized that I’ve jumped the gun. I need to close my trial account, please.

I’ve realized that I’m just not ready to design my website at this time. How do I terminate my account before the trial period ends and hosting fees begin to apply? Can someone please help me close my account? I certainly do intend to return once I’ve taken more time to flesh out my ideas first. Thank you.

What is the Header.php file and how do I find it?

I have a beginner’s question. I use WordPress and Boldgrid.  I was using a plugin called ‘Auto Refresh Single Page’ to refresh every 60 seconds a live feed of lightning data from my observatory. It worked well for quite a while but then, as I understand, the author quit supporting it and there have been no more updates. I have tried to find an alternative plugin but with no success so far. On a forum, it was suggested that I insert a WP code to the header.php file – something like this <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60"> but I am unsure just what a header.php file is or where it is on the page in question.

HOW CAN I CREATE 2 HOMEPAGES (OR A SET OF PAGES THAT CONTAIN THE "PRIMARY" MENU IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE?

Hi! I managed to insert an additional language menu at the top right of my homepage and linked the alternative language to a page that I created manually, replicating the content of my homepage translated into the alternative language. What I wish now is to be able to see the primary menu (who we are, contact us, etc.) in the alternative language that will lead to the translated pages I am creating. So, the top right of my homepage now offers ENG and SPA languages, when I click on SPA, I see the "SPA homepage" I created from a blank page. How can I add a SPA menu similar to the main menu that displays as part of the master file?

How to facebook event script

I've added a facebook pixel to my pages between the header tags using the Head, Footer and Post Injections plugin.

I now want to add a facebook event script eg:-

fbq('track', 'Lead');
</script>

which should be added after the <body> tag

If I switch the text editor & paste the code in,

when I switch back to visual editor Boldgrid has added a block to my page & moved my heading down

How do I add this script without Boldgrid putting it in a block?

HOW CAN I REPLICATE A PAGE? I WISH TO USE THE EXISTING HOME PAGE I EDITED

Hi! I wish to have my site in 3 different languages. I understand that somehow I can copy/duplicate/replicate the pages I have edited in English to then translate them into each language. I would then create a "languages" menu under "Customize" and link each page to the respective language.  I am not sure how this works... Or should I duplicate the entire site twice? How? Please advise. Thank you!
