Changing a sub-menu to horizontal
I have a ton of menus on my site. Some pages have menus just for that page because there are entirely too many areas to scroll to. I'm adding a navigation menu from the block components and I'm trying to add a second horizontal menu under a brief description of the page. When I add the block component, the only thing that happens is a vertical menu pops up. I need it to be horizontal.
I'm using the WPForms to create the email form. I have Enable anti-spam honeypot checked, but mail still going to SPAM. suggestions?
I'm using the Westview Theme. Using WPForms ... Traditional email. The mail is being delivered to recipient's SPAM folder. how do I prevent this from happening? THANKS

Sorry for the problems with the mail going to spam. I would make sure that your emails are following the rules that allow it to not be classified as spam. Otherwise, you may need to check to see if your server or domain has been blacklisted. This would mean that emails coming from your server are automatically being blocked. Typically, this will require that you contact your email host's support team in order to investigate the issue.
The honeypot option is used to spammers from hitting your forms.

Migration instructions:
I have purchased premium and followed the migration instructions to the letter at least 4 times. All of the files are in the WordPress site under GoDaddy. I still do not have the site I created at the hosted domain. The only reason I purchased premium was for the one-click restore. If this does not work for manual uploads to the cpanel it should be in the instructions. My site was supposed to be "Live" yesterday and I don't know what to do. If someone could please help wil additional instructions on how to make the site read the files I need to view the website I created it would be extremely helpful. I also feel like this site makes it extremely difficult to get help.
Ampersand use in SEO Title and SEO Description?
I've wasted two hours trying to work through Bold Grid's apparent inability to deal with an ampersand character. Each time, after saving my work, it reverts back to "&" and completely blows away my SEO optimization rating.
eliminate horizontal line
How do I eliminate a Horizontal line and small pre-set icons? I added the line with the "-" button, but cannot remove them. Also, there are small icons set which insert the entire paragraph about 10 characters to the right. I'd like to eliminate the small icons and left align.

Uploading Backup No Valid Plugin Found
I am trying to port a site created in BoldGrid to its final home. Wordpress has been installed on the new site and updated to the latest version. I went through the steps to export a backup in BoldGrid described here
When I try to import the Zip file in WordPress, this is what I get:

The BoldGrid account is my partner's and she designed the site. I'm just trying to get it installed. However the words "demo" and "trial" in the filename are flags. Is this from some kind of limited account that can't be transferred? Or is something else going on?
Will it be possible to download a website built with BoldGrid and access the code-source?

You can find the data in that database in your cPanel MySQL Databases or phpMyAdmin sections.
How do I edit the page displaying a photo presented through a click on a gallery?
Hi, I added a gallery to a page. It shows four photos in Masonry grid style. When I click on one of the photos in the gallery I'm shown a page with the photo on the left hand side and space to the right. How do I edit that page?
