Any way to control how the responsiveness acts?
My site's responsiveness reorganizes a shopping catalogue into rows of three, which ends up messing with my layout. Is there any way to make it only resize evenly only into rows of 2 or 4? The theme that I'm using is Hifidel.
Pictures slides
Do you have a deck that includes pictures that are not all on the same block, rather you can push an over arrow and the next picture will come? some of the deck pictures are small and my pictures are much to big to give it justice?
How do you increase the image quality? .
It seems once I upload a image its changing the resolution and size of the image when changing out an image in a template.

CANT DOWNLOAD BACKUP TO LOCAL MACHINE

I am new to Boldgrid. When usinf TOTAL UPKEEP and clicking on "Download to local machine" or to "download link" of a backup I receive "This site can’t be reached - The webpage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." This is not an isolated incident and I have not been able to download any backups to my local machine for days (I have not ever made a backup to my local machine as I am new to Boldgrid). I am using the Bento theme, WP ver 5.3.2. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug? Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks for that additional information. The allow_url_fopen setting wouldn't cause this issue- it's used for scheduling your automatic backups and falls back to PHP cURL SSL if needed.
The most likely causes for this would be something similar to the following:
- Your backup file is large, and taking longer than your host's Apache or NGINX configuration allows for a web-based download.
- Your access to admin-ajax.php is being blocked. This is sometimes caused by a false positive in a security plugin, or your host's security software, such as ModSec.
If you have access to do so, I recommend enabling WP_DEBUG and reviewing the errors there, and checking your Apache and NGINX error logs for more information.
If you need immediate access to your backup files, you can also use FTP or your host's file manager to get access to the files.
How can I change the site title to an image?
I am trying to change the site title to an image. I see that some
templates have a spot on the customize site identity - site title, but
the template I am using doesn't. I am using Boldgrid with Genesis
framework and a template from Imagely, a photography website. I saw
some ways to do it with editing the CSS files, but then every time there
is an update, I would have to manually edit the CSS files, which I
would prefer not to do each time.

Thanks for the great question, and I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue.
Generally speaking, this functionality would be provided by the theme, so I wouldn't be able to say for sure about the Imagely theme you're using. On BoldGrid Themes, you can accomplish this by navigating to Customize -> Site Title & Logo and uploading a logo, which would replace the text title with the image you choose. Here's more information about the Site Title and Logo.
Two plugins--delete one?
I uploaded the premium plugin and now I have two (total upkeep and total upkeep premium). Should I deactivate one?
Grid One theme: Primary + secondary buttons do not display properly on mobile/tablet view
The Grid One theme does not appear to be fully responsive on tablet and mobile.
Whenever I have a primary and secondary button side by side in desktop view, they are overalid on top of one another in mobile and tablet view. This is the case with one of the existing templates provided for the theme, when I attempt to add my own CSS code, and when I create the two buttons using separate columns. I also use the Diced theme and don't have these issues with it, so it seems to be a Grid One issue. I've seen that other people have had the same issue as me.
Can anyone advise on what I can do? I know enough about CSS to be able to figure out where to add bits of code but not enough to know how to make changes myself. Are there any other workarounds?
Boldgrid Premium through webhost how to connect to Boldgrid Central
I have Boldgrid Premium through Dreamhost but can' t seem to find a way to connect to Boldgrid Central and use all the features available to me. Can you help me connect to Boldgrid Central?
scheduled backups not working
I am running on Dreamhost php7.3 FastCGI and latest WordPress 5.3.2 plugin version Total Upkeep Premium 1.3.3
When I run the backup manually it works great. When I schedule the backup it will not run. I will see it count down to next back up reach 0 and then start counting upwards, but no backups occur, no logs either. Can you help fix this?
