The most common cause of this issue is that WordPress sends email using unauthenticated phpMail, which many email providers may block as Spam.

Comment was not working so I used your plugin zip file
After I installed the zip plugin the comment filed was working but now it is ugly. I don't know how to fix that.

Thanks for reaching out. I took some time today to update the code and plugin to enable comments on pages to fix some bugs and make it look more consistent with the theme. In order to update, please delete the existing plugin and re-install the new zip file fresh.

Add BoldGrid to other TinyMCE intances
I'd like to use BoldGrid on a TinyMCE editor which isn't tied to pages, posts or custom post types.
Is this possible?

Thanks for the reply! Using the Post and Page Builder to build emails is something that I do not recommend.
HTML for email is very different than modern HTML for web design. Check out this article from MailChimp that puts it really well:
You [should be] comfortable coding in and using HTML tables for structure, and working in coding standards that were state-of-the-art in 1999. Feel free to crank up a little TLC or Goo Goo Dolls to get into the spirit of things.
Email support for HTML is very rudimentary. Whereas your website can use things like Stylesheets and JavaScript to make the site look very modern and clean, HTML emails still rely on inline styles, and even using tables for grid-based design. Companies like MailChimp, Constant Contact, and MailPoet have put years of work into making attractive email templates, and that's something we really can't compete with at this time.
So, that being said, I have to reiterate that using HTML from the Post and Page Builder to paste into your email templates is probably not going to work well, if at all. The code in the Post and Page Builder depends on having your website there to provide CSS and the JavaScript libraries needed to look the way it does, most notably the Bootstrap libraries, which will not work in an email.
Transfer Cloud Guide
I want to transfer my site in Cloud Wordpress to my host. When I click on the Transfer button it says that feature isn't available, and has a button that's supposed to link to a Transfer Cloud Guide - but that page is about something different. What do I need to do to get site from Cloud to host?

ignore deleting of double quotes from HTMl (minify)
Hello,
W3 Total Cache plugin deletes double-quotes mark from scripts in HTML. Therefore, I have problem to verify my adsense code. Even if I added my adsense code into HTML, the plugin deletes double quotes marks. Therefore, google did not verify my AdSense code. Then I disable the plugin, then google could verify my code. (Because when I active plugin, it deletes double-quotes mark from HTML)
For example:
When plugin is disabled: <script data-ad-client="ca-pub-8
When it is enabled: <script data-ad-client=ca-pub-8
Therefore, Google AdSense says, you changed the code.
Please help me to disable only minify of these codes. I tried advice at the link: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/html-minify-removes-double-quotes-from-html/
But it did not work. I want to use your plugin but if I can not solve the problem I can not use it.

Remove entire menu area
I am running Swifty. The logo and 'Primary Menu' make up two columns in a row in the header. This prevents me from centering my logo. I would like to remove the 'Primary Menu' section so that I can center my logo in the header. Thoughts?
