It’s important to know that the WMPL extension is a W3 Total Cache Pro feature, which means that you need to have the W3TC Pro license to be able to use this extension. If the WPML extension is greyed out in the Extensions section – Performance>Extension, it means that either W3 Total Cache did not detect the WPML, or you are using a free version of the W3 Total Cache.

To enable the WPML extension in W3 Total Cache, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Install and activate the W3 Total Cache plugin, make sure the plugin is activated in the Pro version, and ensure you also have the WPML on your website.
