Are there 2 different login functions for Boldgrid and Boldgrid support? If I login in using the login button on the top menu does that log me into support or am I required to also use the social media login on the lower part of the side bar for the support section?
The different login options are for your convenience. Many people use social media logins to log themselves into third party interfaces, so that option is available to you if you wish. Then you can manage your login through the social media application’s interface. It is not necessary to use one or the other login for support. I hope that helps to answer your question!
