If you are using the BoldGrid Crio theme or Post and Page Builder, we will provide basic support from our website or the WordPress.org repo. Response time is 2 business days.
Paid License Support
If you have an active Crio Pro or Post and Page Builder Premium license, we will provide 1:1 private support from our ticketing system. Response time is 1 business day.
Items Not Supported
While we strive to provide comprehensive support for your BoldGrid products and services, there are certain items that fall outside the scope of our assistance (free and paid).
- Server Configuration: Setting up hosting, domain registration, or server-related configurations is not within our scope of services. We recommend consulting with your hosting provider for assistance in this area.
- Website Creation: Entering content is outside our scope of support. If you want a professional to create your entire website, we suggest finding a local designer.
- Graphic Design: We cannot create new images, we can only work with existing content you provide.
