    Hi there!

I’ve purchased a Savona Pro theme recently and after adding a Pinterest html code to the <header> section of the header php (for Pinterest to verify my site), the header.php section disappeared.

I’ve copied the Savona Pro theme’s html/php code for the header.php section re-pasted it. But the header.php section remains empty.

    Why is this so?

    Hi.

I’m sorry to see that you are experiencing an issue using a Savona Pro theme. Unfortunately, I’m unable to diagnose why the header.php file is empty. I’m not exactly sure that I understand the steps to replicate the issue. Are you modifying the file directly and the changes are not being reflected? Are you entering HTML into the Customizer tool and those changes are not appearing? Are you having issues with other code that you add? Since you are using a third party theme, the full functionality of BoldGrid may not be available therefore it’s not always possible to advise why this is happening.

    Best Regards,
    Carlos D
