Having major headaches with WooCommerce. I added a test item to check the functionality and in the checkout, all text fields for entering card details were minuscule, the user interface is clearly not working. I then removed the test item. Plus, a sidebar with “Your Cart” is showing on every single page instead of just the tickets page. I was having the problem with the checkout user interface before I tried fixing it by upgrading the WordPress, PHP and EventPress theme versions to the latest, but that has only made things worse as now that cart is showing everywhere.
WooCommerce appears to be set up correctly with Stripe. Does anyone know what has gone wrong? I am getting a warning about my theme containing outdated copies of 2 WooCommerce files, but am not sure if that is causing this.
This is a screenshot of the text fields. (I was showing someone the CSS, but you can still see how small the fields are).
Hello, I am running a premium account on BoldGrid to use in conjunction with the Wedge theme. At least 20 Woo Commerce templates are out of date. Will there be a fix of this? A basic google search shows many users are experiencing this.
My site is a wordpress based woocommerce site. I have recently been getting an array error on during backups. I am not experienced at programming/coding so I am not sure how to fix the error.

[line] => 49Hi,
Could you please give me advice on the following:
1. Lazy Loading Exclude Words
According to
The Ideal W3 Total Cache Settings 2023: Revamped With New Features/Setup Guide
Exclude Words: add all above the fold images here to exclude them from lazy load. This can improve LCP since lazy loading your above the fold images would be counterintuitive.
In Performance > User experience > Lazy Loading > Exclude Words
I have the following in the field (not sure if this was from default or my colleague’s settings):
avia-bg-style-fixed
data-bgposition=
data-envira-src=
data-large_image=
data-lazy-original=
data-lazy-src=
data-lazyload=
data-lazysrc=
data-no-lazy=
data-src=
data-srcset=
fullurl=
lazy-slider-img=
loading=”eager”
no-lazy
rev-slidebg
skip-lazy
soliloquy-image
swatch-img
w3-total-cache
woocommerce/assets/images/placeholder.png
wpcf7_captchaAre these all accurate or do I need to delete and/or add any? Do I also need to manually enter the url of each image above the fold for each page of the website?
2. Lazy Loading Threshold
According to
The Ideal W3 Total Cache Settings 2023: Revamped With New Features/Setup Guide
Threshold: can result in a smoother scrolling experience by loading images before they get into the viewport using a threshold (i.e. 100px, 10%). This prevents lazy loaded images from “jumping” onto the page especially if you scroll down fast (bad for user experience).
Which value would you recommend?
Thanks
MelHi,
Can you assist please as I have just had this notice pop up on my dashboard – Your theme (Crio) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. I checked through and there are no updates available.
So I have checked past similar situations, and I saw this advice:
“Can you first check the “Themes” section of your WordPress dashboard, click the “Diced” theme to open its properties and verify the theme version for us?
I would also like for you to navigate to Settings > BoldGrid Connect > Update Channels and make sure both Plugins and Themes are both set to Stable.”
The crio version is 2.20.3 and both plug-ins and themes are set to stable. Please can you advise on the next step? Or indeed, if there is a more up-to-date version of this.
I was viewing an order and the page was mostly blank and the block information was laid out incorrectly. Using the top right pull down menu I changed the editor from BoldGrid to WordPress block (I’m running v6.2).
Now when I go to edit an order, I get a blank white screen. I can’t see or edit my order page and I can’t get back to the menu to switch editors.
I went to the BoldGrid settings page and made sure all the pages were set to BoldGrid by default and saved the settings again. Still nothing. Can anyone help me?
Thank you,
CindiAre there any plans to update the Wedge theme for compatibility with WooCommerce?
Topic: Total Upkeep Backup Failing
Wouldn’t know what I’m looking for in logs, can someone help figure this out?
Your backup failed, and we were unable to detect any fatal errors. This usually happens when your hosting provider kills a backup process using the “SIGKILL” signal. To learn more about this as well as troubleshooting techniques, please click here.

The published page on my Woocommerce site looks different to the page in edit. Things get squashed out of shape, pictures are different sizes. When I try to correct by altering the block or font sizes it seems to get worse. I’ve read the two posts that refer to this and I’ve tried the suggested option which is basically to save the permalink. Also, you promote BoldGrid as having a simple drag & drop system. Where can I find that? When I try dragging & dropping elements they end up in strange places. Also, your documentation is not very helpful. In fact most of it just describes what a block or column or element is but not how to use it. In fact your documentation has a basic flaw in that it uses different terms for the same thing which is bad writing. ‘Section’ and ‘block’ come to mind which apparently refer to the same thing.
Topic: Configure W3 Total Cache
Hello,
one of my clients has the W3 Total Cache Pro version on a Woocommerce Shop.
I have passed several hours of trying out and observing the caching behaviour but I am still not sure how it works in any detail – also not from your website articles. (Several other websites spreading also total nonsense…).
Of course, we want to get out the most of your tool, but on the other hand make sure that no old content or prices are published…
Could you maybe help us with the following:1) Is there a more detailed guide that explasin how to configure the caching for wocommerce?
2) …same for common WordPress Websites?
3) Concrete questions e.g.:
a) How does the cache exactly work and how and when after an update of a page a new cached version is saved? – For example, I found out that Clearing the cache of a single page does not create a new cached version immediately…
b) So, how does this depend on the settings of the cron job (number of pages to cache at once and time interval)?
c) How exactly does the queue work?
d) Sitemap entries also of relevance?
Etc.4) As far as I found out (think so?) there is no option e.g. to clear and preload the cache of all pages e.g. at midnight for pages that do not need new versions more often? – I also had read that it should be possible and useful to set up a cron job at the provider… but all I could see in practice from the cache/page_enhanced folder, pages will always be rewritten based on other settings and non-stop over the whole day…
Overall, a lot of information missing to understand how to configure the tool at it’s best and not by hazard.
Could you help? Thanks a lot!
Best,
Thomas
Ever since WordPress updated, I am getting an error where a majority of template files are outdated and need to be updated. Is there an update to the Monument theme to ensure these files are updated? Or, do I neeed to go manually update all of them and risk errors within the Theme?
Hi there,
I can’t seem to get my backup working. My host is Dreamhost and i’m connected to WordPress. I have tried the system zip compressor in settings but it doesn’t seem to work.
When I go ahead to do the backup I get this message “Your backup failed, and we were unable to detect any fatal errors. This usually happens when your hosting provider kills a backup process using the “SIGKILL” signal. To learn more about this as well as troubleshooting techniques, please click here.”
If you could help me fix this I would appreciate it thank you.

I need to exclude the /wc/v3/* path from cache so the WooCommerce API will still work, but I can’t find anywhere to enter exclusions.
